Balcony with Stunning Views!: The highlight of my stay was waking up to the breathtaking view from the balcony. Sipping my morning coffee, I felt like I was on my own private beach, just steps away from the vibrant city of Edinburgh. It was pure bliss.

Amazing location near the beach and close to shops, bars, and restaurants. Free parking, free Wi-Fi, and beach access. Modern apartment with comfortable sofas, a king-size bed, and large flat-screen TVs. Well-equipped kitchen with plenty of storage. Good views, easy to keep clean, and pet-friendly. A pleasant stay overall.

The Beach Front Apartment in Edinburgh was super cozy and felt like a home away from home. The bedroom was comfortable and made me feel relaxed after a long day of exploring the city. The fully equipped kitchen was a game-changer! I could easily whip up my own meals and save some extra cash for other travel adventures. The flat-screen TV was a nice touch. I enjoyed curling up on the couch and catching up on my favorite shows during my downtime.

Personally, I found the washing machine a bit too noisy for my liking. But hey, that's just me!

Location was absolutely amazing, right next to the beach and close to all the shops and bars/restaurants. Incredible views and easy access to everything. The apartment itself was newly renovated and had everything we needed, from free Wi-Fi and a large flat-screen TV to a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable sofas. The king size bed was heavenly and the storage in the bedroom was a bonus. Free parking nearby was a plus. Despite being in an apartment block, it was surprisingly quiet and we had a peaceful stay. The host was fantastic and accommodating, making our stay even better. Would definitely stay here again. Plus, pets allowed and no smoking on site. Can't ask for more!

The Portobello district's beachfront location made me feel like I was on a romantic seaside getaway, even though I was still in Edinburgh. The balcony was a perfect spot to enjoy my morning coffee and soak up the stunning views. Free WiFi was a cherry on top!

We loved staying at the Beach Front Apartment! The location was perfect, right next to the beach and close to all the shops and restaurants on the High Street. The views were amazing and we enjoyed the convenience of having frequent buses to take us into the city center. The apartment itself had everything we needed and more, including a washing machine, fridge, freezer, and plenty of storage space. The kitchen was well-equipped and the large TVs and good wifi were a bonus. The sofas and king-size bed were very comfortable, and we didn't experience any noise from the other apartments in the building. a great place to stay!

We felt very cared for during our stay, as the owners were always available to help and nothing was too much trouble.

Appreciated the no smoking policy on-site. We would definitely stay here again!
